Daniel’s story
The start of my journey in PCC Projekt was simple – I saw an advertisement on a job site and decided to apply. The company was quick to respond and, soon, I started working as a designer. At the time, I was attending the last year of school and was to graduate soon. I was given a great opportunity to put my knowledge into practice at PCC Projekt while still studying. My working hours were very flexible – I often worked after school or sometimes even on Saturdays. I was able to manage my time so that I was able complete both my work and school assignments. This level of flexibility demonstrates great commitment by the company to its employees, as I was able to acquire professional education and practical training at the same time. I am very happy to have started my career at PCC Projekt.
The team is very important to me and I feel that it is working well. My colleagues are youthful, friendly, and kind people who are always available for help. Two of my friends from school also work here and it is nice to be able to talk to them about work and other topics.
I recommend PCC Projekt as an employer because of the good working conditions and flexible working hours, we also have a great team and enjoy various benefits, such as sports and glasses compensations. The corporate culture in our company supports the growth of both young and experienced designers.
